I spent the day speaking to 300 kids from Grade 3-6 about physical literacy, resiliency, and getting Unplugg’d.
After the assembly and frisbee demo (which included a trickshot), I got to have every class in the gym for a frisbee workshop, where they learned what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, disc golf, freestyle, and Spirit of the Game (SOTG).
