43rd annual Virginia State Frisbee Tournament Summary

What an amazing week spent in Virginia with the frisbee family competing in the 43rd annual Virginia State Frisbee Tournament!

I won the Distance and MTA events with a Distance throw of 170 yards (510 feet) in the final and an MTA throw of 12.85 seconds in the final! This is my 6th Distance title and 2nd MTA title in my 8 years competing at the VA States.

Along with competing, I also got to tour the sites which will be used for the upcoming 2019 World Overall Flying Disc Championships this summer.

Enjoy this video I put together with some of the highlights from VA States. Huge thanks to Jason & Melissa and Jack & Lisa for hosting me, and huge props to everyone especially Christopher Horn & Juliana Korver for winning the Overall, Phil Pollack for breaking the O70 MTA World Record, Michael “Snap” Conger for breaking the O70 Accuracy World Record, the entire tournament crew including Eric Olsen & Laszlo’s for making it all possible, and a huge congrats to Lori Daniels, Randy Lahm, and Jack Cooksey for being inducted into the 2019 class of the Virginia Frisbee Hall of Fame!
