On my final day in Nova Scotia before heading back out west, I spent the day at O’Connell Drive Elementary speaking to more than 300 kids from Primary to Grade 6 about physical literacy, kindness, learning from failure, and getting Unplugg’d.
Every student also had the opportunity to learn what’s possible with frisbee in a workshop where I taught them all about throwing & catching, disc golf, freestyle, and creating throws & games.
