I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 400 kids from Kindergarten – Grade 6, and thanks to the generous sponsorship of EPEC Disc Sports, donated 20 discs to the phys ed program!
I also gave the students my Unplugg’d challenge, and one of them will win an XDISC!
