For my training session on ice skates today, I worked on Self Caught Flight throwing around the building.
There was barely anyone on the ice so I had all the space I wanted!
The disc I’m throwing in this video is the Wham-O Frisbee Fastback (white) and the Hero Discs Xtra 235 (red).
