In Recognition of #BellLetsTalk Day

Today is #BellLetsTalk day.

There are many stories being shared and so many people are talking publicly about their struggles for the very first time.

For many, that’s the first step on a long journey. Others started on that journey a while ago. Still others have completed their journey. Some are restarting. And many others will never get started.

No matter where you’re at, what you’re going through, or what you need, there are many places, people, and resources to help you.

Reaching out, sharing your struggles, and asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

The work I’ve been doing with emotional intelligence, especially the last 6 months, has taught me so much about emotions, listening to others, building trust, learning from the past, and doing courageous acts.

We’ve had a few people join us and still more will check out the work we’re doing. Some of us have broken down and cried with complete strangers whom they’ve never met. It’s powerful and real.

If you’re reading this and don’t know where to start, reach out to me. Whether you’re looking for some guidance, need professional help, or would like to learn how you can build your emotional intelligence, myself and the community I’m a part of have the tools and conversations to get you started.

As I’ve learned from my deep dive into yoga the last few months…Namaste ❤
