I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 280 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at Kitscoty Elementary School.
They learned all about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness in the assembly which I tied in using frisbee skills, games, and tricks.
During the workshops they learned what’s possible with frisbee including disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, and creating throws.
