On Sunday, October 12, 2014 at around 2:45pm, Davy Whippet and Rob McLeod broke the WFDF World Record for CANINE MTA with a catch at 10.56 seconds. The previous record of 10.14 seconds was set in 2003. MTA stands for Maximum Time Aloft and the time is determined from 3 timers measuring the total time from when Rob released the disc to when Davy catches it.
This is the 5th World Record for Davy and Rob as a team. This is Rob’s 12th World Record including his 5th WFDF World Record.
