This is a great drill/game to work on your quick release, catching, throwing, disc awareness, eye/hand coordination, and timing of your throwing & catching.
Start off with each partner throwing one disc at a time until you get the timing down. It is really tricky at first to add the 3rd disc, but once you get the rhythm, it’s actually not that bad.
