I spent my last day in Prince George yesterday speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 500 kids from Beaverly and Vanway Elementary and, thanks to my friend Suzy, ran a demo for the ultimate team at Duchess Park, showing them some of the many things that are possible with frisbee.
