Honoured to have been invited to kick off the Health Forum at McKenzie Highlands School this morning!
I spoke to around 700 students from Grade 4-9 about Physical Literacy, Resiliency, and Getting Unplugg’d, then did a frisbee demo, showing them what’s possible including disc golf, freestyle, guts, speed flow, and trickshots!
