I spent the day talking to more than 400 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 about physical literacy, learning from failure, and getting unplugg’d, then ran frisbee workshops for the Grade 3-8 students, teaching them all about throwing & catching, freestyle, and playing games with a frisbee.
