Less than 9 hours after spending 12 hours in a plane back from Budapest and the World Urban Games, I spoke to 270+ kids about physical literacy, resiliency, and, getting Unplugg’d, and showing them what’s possible with frisbee!
I taught every student how to throw & catch, played games, and gave them a challenge to increase human connection and decrease digital connection.
