I spent the morning speaking and teaching frisbee to 270+ students from Primary – Grade 6 at Oxheath Elementary and the afternoon speaking and teaching frisbee to 270+ students from Grade 6-8 at Sherwood Park Education Centre.
I also challenged the students to get Unplugg’d, increasing human connection, and decreasing digital connection.
