I spent the morning speaking to 250+ students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 about physical literacy, kindness, resiliency, and getting Unplugg’d. I also did some frisbee demos showing them what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, guts, and inventing games.
This school had a ton of questions so I made sure to answer as many of them as I could 🙂
Two more schools this week in the Saskatoon area before I head back to Alberta!
