I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 650 kids from Kindergarten to Grade 6.
They learned what’s possible with frisbee including disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, throwing & catching, and creating games.
I also talked to them about kindness, learning from failure and not giving up, physical literacy, and gave the my Unplugg’d Challenge.
