Today is World Kindness Day, and I spent the day speaking to 200+ kids from Kindergarten to Grade 6 about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and getting unplugg’d. I also taught each class what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, freestyle, disc golf, ultimate, and creating throws & games.
