Frisbee and Unplugging at Neil Campbell School

Great start to my cross Canada tour 🙂 I spent the day at a school in Winnipeg and as you can imagine, there were lots of happy Winnipeg Blue Bombers fans!

I made the trick shot on the first try too!

I spent the day speaking to more than 300 kids from Kindergarten to Grade 5 about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, getting unplugg’d, and finding their thing. It’s so important for kids to do their thing instead of watching others do their thing. Find what they love to do, play, and explore.

I also showed them what’s possible with frisbee, taught them about freestyle, disc golf, ultimate, creating throws, and inventing games. Such a fun day!
