I spent 3 days speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 250 kids from Grade 3-9, including throwing & catching, disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, guts, inventing throws, and creating games.
I also gave them my Unplugg’d Challenge to get them away from screens in their bedroom, at the dinner table, and before bedtime.
