I’m excited to be a part of Sport Calgary‘s All Sport One City!
This Sunday, January 19 from 9-11am, I will be running a FREE Introduction to Frisbee session at the Genesis Centre in NE Calgary.
Dress to be active and know that you’ll learn a lot that you didn’t know was possible with frisbee (yes that includes all of the ultimate players and disc golfers!).
Ages 14+.
