I spent the day teaching frisbee to students from Grade 8-11 and showing them what’s possible including throwing & catching, disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, inventing games, and creating throws.
I gave the students my Unplugg’d Challenge which includes no screens in the bedroom, no screens at the dinner table, and no screens one hour before bed.
