Frisbee Trick Shot and Workshops at Kenaston School

I spent the day more speaking and teaching frisbee to 110 students from Grade 1-12 at Kenaston School.

They learned what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, creating throws, and inventing games.

I also spoke to them about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and getting Unplugg’d.
