I spent the morning speaking and teaching kids what’s possible with frisbee to 180 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at Bready Elementary School.
They learned all about throwing & catching, ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, creating throws, and inventing games.
They also learned about the value of physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and were challenged to Get Unplugg’d!
