Frisbee Trickshots and Demos for Pink Shirt Day 2020

This was my 7th year in a row speaking to kids on Pink Shirt Day!

Today, I visited 3 schools, and spoke to more than 600 students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and getting unplugg’d.

I showed them what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, guts, creating throws, and inventing games.

Thanks to Eckville Jr Sr High, Eckville Elementary, and Rimbey Jr Sr High for having me as a guest on such a special day!

Students were given my Unplugg’d Challenge, which could be called The Kindness Challenge. Reducing screen time increases empathy.

Focus on kindness. Be for something instead of being against something.

Pro Kindness rather than Anti Bullying.
