Time vs Energy

I first heard about Jim Loehr on the Tim Ferriss podcast and have since downloaded Jim’s audiobook “Leading with Character” and purchased his book “The New Toughness Training For Sports“.

One of the concepts that really spoke to me is the idea of Time vs Energy. Too often we are focused on how much time we spend with people or on work or doing something we love, but to flip it and instead focus on the energy that we’re spending during that time is more important.

This is just a quick clip, but it gives you some insight into this concept. Jim has trained hundreds of the top athletes including multiple Olympic Gold Medalists.

Worth the watch!
