My first frisbee on ice training session for the 2022 Silver Skate Festival was at Stuart Park in Kelowna, BC.
It’s a small ice surface so I wasn’t able to get in any big throws, but I was able to get in some control practice, some work on my edges, and more time getting my feet used to my skates.
