Originally booked to speak here two years ago, I was finally able to make it work!
Along with showing the students what’s possible with frisbee, I gave them my Kindness Challenge, which is about being more kind to yourself and others by setting better limits on screen time.
They learned all about ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, guts, throwing & catching, and got to see me do some tricks, including making it into the basketball net on my first attempt!
