I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 190 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6.
During the assembly, I showed them what’s possible with frisbee, talked about finding their thing, focusing on what they want instead of what they don’t want, gave them my Kindness Challenge, and talked about being THEIR best instead of THE best.
During the workshops we worked on throwing & catching, disc golf, freestyle, and learning to make a frisbee fly!
