I spent the afternoon doing a demo and running a frisbee workshops for around 100 kids from four summer camps in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada.
They learned what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, freestyle, disc golf, and creating their own throws.
They also got to see me throw distance throws and some self-caught flight.
Huge thanks to Jill and Kate for having me out and getting other camps to join!
It was such a fun day getting to teach frisbee to kids from 3-16 years old (and even some adults!).
