I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 375 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at Connaught School.
In the assembly, I shared messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
In the workshops, they learned all about throwing & catching, freestyle, disc golf, ultimate, creating throws, and inventing games.
