I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 300 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at Sunalta School.
During the assembly, I shared messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
During the workshops, they learned all about throwing and catching, disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, inventing games, and creating throws.
