I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 131 students from Kindergarten to Grade 7 at Bench Elementary School in Merritt, BC, Canada.
During the assembly, I talked about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
During the workshops, kids learned all about ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, dodge disc, canine disc, inventing games, and creating throws.
I challenged them to start a Frisbee Club, run a Frisbee Meet, and go after some records (World/Canadian/Provincial/School).
