I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 31 students from Grade 1-12 at Chaplin School.
During the assembly, I shared messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
During the workshops, they learned all about what’s possible with frisbee including ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, playing catch, creating throws, and inventing games.
