I spent the afternoon speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 150 students from Grade 1-8 at Seven Stones Community School in Regina, Saskatchewan.
They learned what’s possible with frisbee, the value of trying, how it’s important to do THEIR best instead of trying to be THE best, and the importance of being kind to each other.
They got to play a lot of frisbee games, learned all about disc golf, ultimate, and freestyle, and got to create their own throw.
