I spent the afternoon speaking and teaching frisbee to 75 students from Kindergarten to Grade 9 at Schuler School.
They learned all about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness during the assembly.
During the workshops, they learned all about what’s possible with frisbee including disc golf, ultimate, and freestyle. I’m going to be working with them to start a Frisbee Club, which I’m stoked about!
