I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 at Hazlet School.
During the assembly, my main message of “Best Effort Always” included messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
During the workshops, they learned all about disc golf, ultimate, and freestyle.
Huge shout out to to Kat and Tessa from Grade 10/12 for setting the school record with 102 catches in a row without a drop!
