I’m excited to share some amazing news with all of you! After months of collaboration and dedication, I’ve been working closely with the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) and a passionate group of disc enthusiasts to launch an eBook aimed at introducing disc sports into schools. This initiative has been a huge undertaking, but it’s something I’m incredibly proud to be part of.
Disc sports are more than just a fun pastime—they offer countless benefits for students, including teamwork, physical literacy, inclusivity, and a love for movement. Whether it’s ultimate frisbee, disc golf, freestyle, or other flying disc disciplines, these sports teach valuable life skills like communication, problem-solving, and resilience.
The eBook is designed for teachers, school administrators, and anyone interested in bringing flying disc sports into their school programs. It provides step-by-step guidance on how to get started, lesson plans, tips for teaching various disc games, and resources to help create an engaging and supportive environment for students of all skill levels.
This resource aligns perfectly with my mission to grow disc sports globally and promote physical literacy among youth. It also supports my broader goals of empowering schools with fun, accessible, and inclusive sports programs.
