Thanks Aimee and Walter for having me in to speak to your students about getting Unplugg’d and teaching them what’s possible with frisbee. It was great learning a bit of your history as well and getting to inspire your students to move and play and have fun.
I got to work with about 250 students from Kindergarten to Grade 5 and did everything from throwing & catching, disc golf, freestyle, Battle Royale, distance throwing, inventive play, and developed skills such as balance, agility, cardiovascular, and eye-hand coordination.
