I love golf. Which by extension means I love disc golf too because in many ways it’s the same sport, but instead of hitting a ball into a hole, you throw a disc into a basket.
Frisbee Rob and Sailor broke the record for the Longest Catch at a Live Sporting Event when they had a 109 yard throw & catch at the Stamps halftime show.
The short answer is: no, you don’t need big muscles to throw a frisbee far.
