On Saturday, March 19 the University of Calgary Dinos disc golf team hosted the SAIT Trojans in the first ever intercollegiate disc golf tournament in Canadian history!

Originally booked to speak here two years ago, I was finally able to make it work!

I spent the day teaching what’s possible with frisbee to more than 75 students from Grades 1 to Grades 11.

On February 12, Calgarian “Frisbee Rob” McLeod will be attempting to break a Guinness World Record for Frisbee on Ice.

Let’s just say that trees are very good at catching discs, but not so good at throwing them back.

Today was the warmest day in a while so while it was great temperature for self caught flight, it was warm enough that the ice was softer than I’d prefer.

The joy of movement is all about finding movement that suits you. Frisbee and skating really suit me. Find your thing.

I’m going to be making a big announcement soon and so I first had to get a new version created of my animated logo.

Today’s practice session was about timing, space, and reading the wind. Bowness Lagoon is one of my favourite places on earth and I’m so grateful that I get to call it home for my training sessions.
