I spent two days speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 500 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 including messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and getting unplugg’d.
They learned what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, disc golf, freestyle, ultimate, creating throws, and inventing games.
