With a win in Colorado, Michigan, and the Quad Finals in Missouri, Sailor wins the series for the second time (2023 was his first win).
The series came down to an intense head-to-head battle with Finn and Figment, and Sailor caught when it counted, snagging a 94 yard catch to claim the title, and the Longest Catch of the Day!
In total he ran roughly 20 football fields yesterday, chasing down my throws in the hot and humid Missouri air.
I’m so proud of Sailor and so grateful for the people who made this possible, including Lara (thank you for the support and trusting me with Sailor), Jeff and Jackie for running the Quad, the St. Louis Disc Dogs and all the volunteers for putting this event on, and all the competitors for another amazing season!
Huge thanks to Ashley and Drew, and Paul and Mindy for hosting us! One of the best parts about this is getting to see friends.
