Huge thank you to all of the sponsors and Amanda for making the 2nd annual Swift Current Frisbee camp possible.
Sailor and I had a great time spending 2 days teaching disc golf, frisbee, freestyle, creating games, inventing throws, and just having fun exploring what’s possible with frisbee.
There were many highlights, but my favourite was seeing the kids from the beginning of the workshop to the end getting to know each other, opening up, building friendships, laughing, playing, and coming out of their shells.
I’m really looking forward to more frisbee camps in the future and being back to Swift Current next summer, where we’re going to make it even bigger!
