A few months ago, I was contacted by a teacher at Monroe Elementary School about the possibility of having me come speak to their students, teach frisbee, help them out with a Guinness World Records attempt and speak to the parents. Today was a special day because I got to do something pretty cool! I visited Campobello Island, New Brunswick for the first time ever. In order to get to the island, I had to drive through the USA and cross the border twice. Today I spoke to 300+ students at Hubbard Elementary in Oromocto, New Brunswick. I started the morning off with my Resiliency Assembly and gave the students my Unplugg’d Challenge. I always love seeing the reactions and teaching the kids more about technology and the effects it can have on them.
