It’s rare that I get invited to speak at a high school, so getting to speak to more than 600 students in Grade 9 & 10 was a special experience!

I spent the morning speaking to 90 students from Kindergarten to Grade 10 about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
