Honoured to have been the keynote speaker and one of the presenters for Mind, Body, Soul Day for more than 400 students from Kindergarten to Grade 3!
It was great getting to challenge the students to get Unplugg’d, show them what’s possible with frisbee, and teach them all about freestyle, disc golf, and the basics of throwing & catching!
