I spent the day speaking at West Kent Elementary, Donagh Regional School, and O’Leary Elementary School about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and showing kids what’s possible with frisbee.
In total, I spoke to more than 700 kids from Kindergarten to Grade 6, teaching them how to throw and catch, play games, and more about the disc sports.
