I spent the afternoon speaking to 330 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and getting unplugg’d.
I showed them what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, creating throws, and inventing games.
