I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 280 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at West Meadow Elementary School.
They learned what’s possible with frisbee including throwing & catching, ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, inventing throws, and creating games.
I also talked about the value of physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and challenged them to get unplugg’d.
