Spin the disc either with one or two hands. Discs spin either clockwise or counter clockwise. Learning to snap your wrist and put spin on the disc is super important, and the more you practice, the better you’ll get at throwing a disc that has spin with little or no velocity. This is a great skill for playing catch, in freestyle with a partner or to yourself, or doing tricks like air brushing, rolling, and delaying.
